目的树立血液资源有限论的观念,珍惜有限血液资源,科学、合理、有效利用血液。方法分析目前医疗市场过度扩张的现状,比对无偿献血和临床用血年增长比例的显著差异。结果无偿献血年增长远跟不上临床用血年增长的步伐。结论在目前无偿献血现状下,增强树立血液资源有限论的意识,谋求开展一切科学、合理、有效利用血液的措施,不失为现阶段共同面对,共度难关的有效方法。
Objective To establish the concept of limited blood resources, cherish the limited blood resources, scientific, rational and effective use of blood. Methods The current situation of over-expansion in the medical market was analyzed, which was significantly different from the proportion of unpaid blood donation and clinical use of blood. The results of annual growth of unpaid blood donation keep up with the pace of clinical use of blood growth. Conclusions Under the current situation of non-remunerated blood donation, it is an effective way to enhance the awareness of the limited theory of blood resources and to seek all measures to make scientific use of blood in an effective and effective way.
