对于每个组织来讲,培训的目的和意义在于提高员工的工作能力,使组织获得更强的竞争优势,改善组织的工作质量;构建高效工作绩效系统以及满足员工实现自我价值的需要。血站的培训则是以提高血液工作人员法律意识、质量意识,提高工作技能及遵守有关操作规程的自觉性为主要目的,从而提升血站及其从业人员的综合能力与水平,保证血液安全。
For each organization, the purpose and significance of training are to improve the working ability of employees, to make the organization gain a stronger competitive advantage, to improve the quality of the work of the organization; to construct an efficient work performance system and to meet the needs of employees to realize their self-worth. The training of blood stations aims at enhancing awareness of blood legal staff members, raising awareness of quality, improving work skills and observing compliance with relevant operational procedures so as to enhance the overall abilities and level of blood stations and their employees so as to ensure blood safety.
