Confidential Patent Pending Introduction:Commercially available lateral flow assays are only qualitative and/or semi-quantitative and can be difficult to multiplex.Therefore,we are developing a novel 3D flow through platform (ImmunoFlow Protein Platform,IFPP) for simultaneous and real-time,rapid quantification of multiple analytes in clinical samples.Next to this,we are also developing a second generation IFPP based on microfluidics.We present data to demonstrate proof-of-concept for this IFPP system.Objective:Rapid detection (5-10 mins) of multiple analytes (>6) in small sample volumes (50-70 μl) using whole blood.
