Rarefied gas flows have attracted a lot of attention in recent years because of its immense applicability to many advanced fields such as mioro-electro-mechanical systems(MEMS),space exploration,etc.In this work,a study of the applicability of LBM for rarefied gas flows in varying degrees of rarefaction is undertaken.
