目的:建立临床药师在临床药物治疗过程中的药学服务实践工作模式,为提高中晚期癌症患者癌痛治疗提供参考.方法:临床药师参与1例晚期胃癌患者止痛治疗,及时发现治疗中需注意的问题,提出合理建议.结果:临床药师建议的药物治疗方案被部分采纳,使患者疼痛症状缓解,不良反应减轻.结论:临床药师通过参与临床镇痛药物的治疗,对患者个体化和规范化治疗起到了积极的作用.
