布南色林片在中国健康受试者的药代动力学

目的 研究布南色林片单次给药后的人体药代动力学.方法 经广州市脑科医院伦理委员会审批通过,招募30例健康志愿者并分为3组,每组10人,男女各半,分别单次口服4 mg、8 mg和12 mg布南色林片后,采集0、0.25、0.5、0.75、1、1.5、2、3、4、6、8、12、24、36、48和60 h内动态血标本,采用HPLC-MS/MS测定血浆中布南色林的浓度,最后用DAS 3.2.4软件对试验数
