Introduction : To assess the image quality (IQ) and radiation dose of prospectively gated coronary CT angiography (PCTA) depending on use of tolerance in evaluation of patients with atypical or noncardiac chest pain.Method : Eight hundred ninety one patients (N=891, M: F =595:297, Age: 55.5 ±12.2) were retrospectively enrolled last 16 months.According to use of tolerance (Use / No use: 443/448), 891 patients were classified into two groups.In each groups, IQ type 1 (Excellent/Good/Fair: Acceptable, Poor: Non-acceptable), IQ type 2 (Excellent/Good: High, Fair/Poor: Low) and radiation dose were analyzed.
