Objective:To explore a simple and reliable method to decrease tension of the nasal floor and guarantee closure of the nasal floor in the treatment of unilateral complete cleft lip.Methods:All the 100 cases of unilateral complete cleft lip person treated with Millard rotation-advancement flap and vermilion trapezium flap, B flap to be using "S" incision, C flap tip to be sewing back, lips muscle to imbricate to recover muscle function, using the affected edge of nasal mucosal flap to close nasal floor, inserting a affected side triangular flap into vermilion tubercle between wet and dry lips,to recover the profile of labial arch and vermilion tubercle, and no incisure can observe.
