Objective: To investigate the Value and surgical techniques of facial nerve dissection in superficial parotidectomy using ultracision harmonic scalpel.Method: Making 98 cases of parotid tumor patients which were eligible randomized cross selection selected in two two groups(the scalpel group and conventional surgery group),and compared the number of patients with operative time,blood loss, drainage during the postoperative 48h and salivary fistula.
