Membrane proteins are implicated as key cellular functions such as transporting,recognition and interaction with different substrates cell communication and signaling.Despite decades of extensive research,the large-scale analysis of membrane proteins remains a difficult task in proteomic research.The challenge in membrane protein research including:1) sub-cell location predication 2)removal of high abundance cytoplasm protein 3) easy digestion methods in proteomic research.
