Aptamers are single-stranded oligonucleotides binding to target molecule with high specificity and affinity.Compared with antibody,aptamers have lots of advantages,such as wide range of targets,easy to synthesis,easy to transport,no immunogenicity.However,studies shown that rapid degradation by ubiquitous nucleases limited the aptamer efficacy and the half-life of the aptamer is short,which is limit the application as aptamer drugs.Tumor angiogenesis plays an important role in tumor development,which has an important sector considered in the treatment of tumors.
