The communication between neurons is inherently electrical and chemical in nature. So simultaneous acquisition for the dual mode signals is important for neuroscience research. However, robust and reliable application of acute, multielectrode recording methods especially for deep brain nucleus research remains a challenge.Parkingsons disease(PD)was a neurodegenerative illness. In patients with PD,the efficacy of L-dopa therapy depends on its ability to restore Dopamine in the striatum.Previous reports examining neural information detections in PD models were based on traditional implantable micro devices, and both electrophysiological and electrochemical signals have focused on single electrode recording.
