目的：探讨超声引导下甲状腺结节性病变穿刺活检的临床及病理特征.方法：对黑龙江地区554例甲状腺结节细针穿刺活检患者病例资料进行回顾性分析.结果：甲状腺结节患者年龄在18 ～67岁之间,平均年龄42.13±6.75(岁),其中男性患者126例,女性患者428例,男：女=1∶4.32；554例患者中有临床症状患者161例(29.06％),无临床症状患者393例(70.94％)；380例患者活检结果为结

目的：探讨超声引导下甲状腺结节性病变穿刺活检的临床及病理特征.方法：对黑龙江地区554例甲状腺结节细针穿刺活检患者病例资料进行回顾性分析.结果：甲状腺结节患者年龄在18 ～67岁之间,平均年龄42.13±6.75(岁),其中男性患者126例,女性患者428例,男：女=1∶4.32；554例患者中有临床症状患者161例(29.06％),无临床症状患者393例(70.94％)；380例患者活检结果为结节性甲状腺肿(68.59％),其中318例为单纯性结节性甲状腺肿,62例患者伴有囊性变或囊内出血；恶性肿瘤53例(9.39％),41例核素扫描为单发冷结节,其中乳头状癌39例,滤泡状癌10例,髓样癌3例,弥漫大B细胞性淋巴瘤1例,恶性肿瘤患者中除一例患者出现颈部不适外,其余患者均为体检发现,无临床症状；甲状腺腺瘤97例(17.51％)；慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎(桥本病)24例(4.33％).
