CT引导下经皮螺钉固定骶骨关节骨折脱位

　　Objective:To investigate the indication,operative procedure and the clinical result for the computed tomography(CT)guided percutaneous screws fixation of the sacroiliac joint fracture and dislocation.Methods:After reduction by traction,12 patients with sacroiliac joint fracture and dislocation were treated by CT-guided percutaneous screws fixation under local anesthesia,which involved 8 males and 4 females,their average age was 36.2 years(range,25~ 48 years).According to the AO classification system:there were 5 of B1,3 of B2,3 of C1 and 1 of C2.The patients were laid on prone position after local anesthesia of sacroiliac joint.The entrance site of pin was located in the posterior aspect of the ala of the ilium,and the direction of pin was determined in view of local anatomical mark.Three pins were inserted through skin and one or two pins were decided by CT scan,then carmulated lag screws were inserted.
