The powerful tsunami waves triggered by the 2011 Tohoku earthquake resulted in the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster.After the failure happened,the plant had released a huge amount ofliquid radioactive wastes (LRWs)containing 137Cs and 90Sr and that caused many water issues.
