该文报道了一种P-ClBZD合成的改进工艺,在CO/Mn/Br混合物催化剂的作用下,分别用空气、氧气及液相氧气氧化等方法进行制备P-ClBZD的研究,并确立了在这三种情况下的较佳反应条

该文报道了一种P-ClBZD合成的改进工艺,在CO/Mn/Br混合物催化剂的作用下,分别用空气、氧气及液相氧气氧化等方法进行制备P-ClBZD的研究,并确立了在这三种情况下的较佳反应条件.对反应的物料浓度、反应时间、温度及催化剂的组成进行了改进.通过改进,用氧气氧化氯甲苯,其思化率可达46.7﹪,选择性达60﹪,P-ClBZD的总收率可达28﹪以上,比文献所报道的P-ClBZD的总收率提高10﹪以上.该方法操作简单,条件温和,污染小,对设备及仪器要求不高,溶剂、原料及催化剂可循环利用,成本低,是一种很有工业化前途的新方法.
