Sugar platform construction is one of the key technologies of lignocellulosic bio-ethanol.Because of its complicated structure,enzymatic saccharification method after pretreatment is considered to be the most promising conversion process,of which hot liquid water has its unique advantages.In this study,many biomass materials are treated by hot liquid water,such as Eucalyptus grandis,sweet sorghum stalk residue,bagasse residue,switchgrass and so on,then observe and analyze their structure changes to reveal mechanism of pretreatment on lignocellulosic biomass.
