In recent years,due to the worlds energy demand and with the uncertainty in the supply,ever increasing prices of fossil fuels,causing increased environmental pollution,it has become imperative to scout alternative sources of energy which can replace conventional fossil fuels.Currently,the techniques of fuel ethanol production using lignocellulosic biomass have attracted much attention.At present,physical,chemical,biological are used to pretreatment lignocellulosic materials.Distillers grains(DG),a by-product of brewing industry in China,is an abundant,renewable and low-cost lignocellulosic material,but the vast majority of DG are disposed directly,it not only produced solid waste polluting,but also caused great waste of biomass resource.DG contain of cellulose and hemicellulose about 60%,was an abundant source of biomass that could be used to production fuel ethanol.Among these constituents,cellulose and hemicelluloses are polymers of sugars and can be hydrolyzed to form fermentable sugars.
