The ischemia preconditioning (IPC) or opioids preconditioning (OPC) have been demonstrated to protect against myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury (MI/RI) via mechanisms involving reperfusion injury kinase pathway (RISK) and GSK-3β3.1-3 However, under the chronic heart failure,whether IPC or MPC can still take protective role in MI/RI and the precise mechanisms remain incompletely clear.We aim to investigate whether IPC or MPC protects against MI/R and the roles of RISK/GSK-3β pathway in rats with chronic heart failure.
