LSPU - LBC as a sole learning institution in Laguna offering courses in fishery education,envisioned to develop technologies that will enhance our entrepreneurial endeavors and economic security by generating jobs,livelihood and business opportunities among the students,faculty and community people.The promotion of the ornamental fish industry in LSPU - LBC aimed to contribute greatly to the fishery development of the community,maximum utilization of the campus resources and project intensification to possibly make LSPU - LBC a center of production and distribution of ornamental fish.Various constraints to the production of ornamental fish were identified and goals,objectives,strategies were also established to get a berth in the project intensification.Moreover,various linkages and networking with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources and other private fishery sectors were also made to keep pace with its recent trends and practices.
