9月13日,摩根士丹利与上海盛融投资有限公司联合召开新闻发布会,宣布以不良资产债权方式成功收购世界贸易大厦产权,收购价约9000万美元。而这也标志着摩根与盛融历时两载的世界贸易大厦收购计划完美收官。
On September 13, Morgan Stanley and Shanghai Sheng Rong Investment Co., Ltd. jointly held a news conference to announce the successful acquisition of the property rights of the World Trade Building under the non-performing asset claims with a purchase price of about 90 million U.S. dollars. This marks the perfect ending point for the planned acquisition of the World Trade Center by Morgan and Sheng Rong.
