  We have screened more than 600 strains producing lipase, and established a microbial lipase strains library.More than 30 lipase genes have been cloned, among which several lipase genes have first reported so far, such as Stenotrophomonas maltophilia lipase, Aspergillus niger lipase A and B, and Candida rugosa lipase J08.The 3D structure of lipases from A.niger and Yarrowia lipolytica were also simulated.
