教师专业发展的内涵在于教师素质的提升与发展,文章认为农村教师存在的主要问题是:缺乏自我专业发展意识;急需能引导课堂教学的实践性知识;课堂教学中对核心知识的落实不到位.研究表明要解决农村中学教师存在的问题,在实施培训过程中必须明确培训者的价值追求,培训中的非中心价值有:唤醒农村教师自我专业发展意识,充实农村教师的实践性知识;培训中的中心价值有:调整农村教师的课堂教学行为,促进农村学生学业水平的提高.
