研究了不同时效温度和时效时间对FGH4096合金显微组织和力学性能的影响,结果表明:在时效温度为760℃时,随着时效时间从16h延长到24h,合金中的γ’相尺寸基本保持不变,合金的强度保持稳定,随着时效时间进一步延长到32h,合金的强度呈现降低趋势;在时效温度升高到780℃和800℃时,合金中的γ’相发生了较明显的粗化,合金的拉伸强度表现出较明显的下降。
The effects of different aging temperature and aging time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of FGH4096 alloy were studied. The results show that the γ ’phase size of the alloy remains basically the same as the aging time is prolonged from 16h to 24h at the aging temperature of 760 ℃. The strength of the alloy remained stable. With the aging time further extended to 32h, the strength of the alloy showed a downward trend; when the aging temperature was raised to 780 ℃ and 800 ℃, the γ ’phase of the alloy occurred obvious crude The tensile strength of the alloy showed a significant decrease.
