研究了FGH4097合金在550℃、650℃、750℃温度下5000h长时效过程中的显微组织变化和力学性能变化。结果表明:在550℃和650℃时效温度下的5000h时效过程中FGH4097合金的组织和力学性能稳定;在750℃时效过程中,1000h时效以前的合金组织和力学性能稳定,2000h时效以后,合金开始析出μ相,三次γ′发生了较明显的粗化,合金的室温冲击韧性明显下降。在长时效过程中,合金的复合持久性能和时效前相当。
The changes of microstructure and mechanical properties of FGH4097 alloy during 5000 h aging at 550 ℃, 650 ℃ and 750 ℃ were studied. The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of FGH4097 alloy during 5000h aging at 550 ℃ and 650 ℃ are stable. The microstructure and mechanical properties of FGH4097 alloy after aging at 750 ℃ are stable.
