观察了FGH4097合金经两种淬火方式冷却后及完全热处理后(固溶+时效)金相试样的微观组织,并且比较了经完全热处理后试样的力学性能。研究结果表明:固溶处理后直接空冷和炉冷至1170℃再空冷的两种组织中均存在两种尺寸的γ′,其中晶内较大尺寸的γ′形貌存在明显的差异,晶内小尺寸的γ′形貌相似;固溶处理后直接空冷的试样经时效处理后组织中大γ′与固溶态的相比变化不明显,而炉冷至1170℃再空冷的试样经时效处理后组织中的大γ′发生变化。两种处理的室温冲击、拉伸和持久性能相当,少量不同形貌的大γ′对FGH4097合金的性能影响不明显。
The microstructure of FGH4097 alloy after cooling by two quenching methods and after complete heat treatment (solution + aging) was observed, and the mechanical properties of the sample after the complete heat treatment were compared.
