Objective:To explore the microsurgical treatment of lumbar intervertebrae fusion by x-tube system and to evaluate the operative result.Methods:There were 37 segmental lumbar intervertebral fusions (33 cases) by x-tube system,ODI and VAS scoring system were used as to postoperative function evaluation,calculating the scores at preoperative,postoperative 1 mouth,3mouths,and 6mouths; gauging the height of the intervertebral space and observing bone fusion.,practicing paired t test using statistics software package of SAS6.12.
