Design:To find a comparative empty space for removing the OLF in thoracic spine Objective:To describe the configuration of pedicel-ossified ligament flavum tunnel(PFT) and ligament flavum ossification(OLF) in thoracic spineSummary of background data:In OLF with thoracic spine myeopathy the neuron deterioration rate is still highMaterials and methods:The CT virtual endoscopy(CTVE) and multiplanar co-localization were employed to detect the configuration and connection structures of OLF and to define the construction and the width of PFT in 74 patients.All the radiological findings were compared to the operative finding.
