Objective:To study the diagnosis and opration therapeutics of the ossification of the yellow ligament with thoracic vertebra,to discuss the etiopathogenisis,patho,therapeutics effect and complication.Methods:To summarize and analyze through using retrospective study with 92 patients of TOLF from 1989.3 to 2006.12.47 were men,45 were women,the mean age was 51.8 years(32~76).The main clinical manifestation was that of 92patients were the decrease of the muscle force of low limb and ambulation unstesdiness.69 had the ache of waist and back.92 had the legs acroanesthesia,33 had intermittent claudication.,and 13 had ladder dysfunction.Of the 84 patients showed off the lesion of upper motor neuron,and 8 had the lesion of lower motor neuron.2 had skeletal fluorosis,3 were DISH.and the other 79 patients had no identify cause.The therapeutics method was excision decompression of canalis spinalis meta-jade,it is that using mini-drill through isolate-abrasive reduction-whole-decompressions exposing mothed will decompress affects segment canalis spinalis meta-jade,and relief the compression of spinal and dural.
