　　The objective of this article is to investigate anatomical base and clinical experience of preperitoneal approach repair for Inguinal hernia by Hernia Sac Top (HST).From February 2012 to October 2013 in First peoples hospital of Hangzhou, 58 cases were treated with HST pathway, all of which resulted in desirable repair.
