磁共振引导超声刀MRgFUS治疗骨转移瘤的临床效果研究

：

背景:MR-guided focused ultrasound surgery(MRgFUS)超声治疗是在磁共振成像引导下利用超声波聚焦产热治疗肿瘤的方法.具有实时检测深部温度,增加目标区域治疗能量和减少周围组织损伤等优势.近几年在妇科肿瘤、软组织肿瘤方面有较多成功经验,由于骨对超声波具有较好的吸收作用,且磁共振具有监测深部组织的测温功能,我们预期在磁共振引导下的超声聚焦治疗能极大提高治疗的有效性

足跟恶性黑色素瘤手术切除皮瓣修复后的疗效分析

目的：研究足跟恶性黑色素瘤患者，行手术扩大切除并行皮瓣修复后的临床疗效。方法：对21例足跟黑色素瘤患者，行距黑色素瘤缘2cm区域的扩大切除术，并根据足跟皮肤的缺损大小、位置，分别选用带血管神经蒂的足外侧皮瓣、足底内侧岛状皮瓣和腓肠神经营养血管逆行皮瓣移位修复皮肤缺损区，手术前后均配合应用大剂量干扰素治疗。结果：术后1 例足内侧皮瓣局部皮缘坏死，经后期换药后愈合；其余皮瓣全部成活，切口Ⅰ期愈合。随访
