Objective:Platinum compounds,such as cisplatin,carboplatin,oxaliplatin and nedaplatin,are widely usedin the treatment of a number of solid malignancies.Nedaplatin is a second-generation platinum complex basedon its pronounced anticancer activities against various solid tumors equivalent to that of cisplatin but with lowernephrotoxicity.In this context,we aimed to investigate the potential effect of a combination of the nedaplatinand ABT-737.

盐酸注射结合射频消融相关参数与消融范围量效关系的研究

背景与目的：探讨盐酸注射结合射频消融(HCl+RFA)的不同消融时间、盐酸浓度、盐酸预注射量对消融范围的影响。方法：采用新鲜的离体牛肝作为研究对象，将实验分为 3 组：A 组，时间变量组：2ml3mol/L 盐酸预注射后不同射频消融时间(15min、30min、45min)组。
