Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) method is a novel gene detecting technique with high specificity,sensitive,rapidity,and the products of it can be visually inspected with the naked eyes by adding nucleic acid dye(SYBR Green I),or electrophoresed in 2% agarose gels.In this paper Mycobacterium Tuberculosis was used as the major research object.A set of four LAMP primers were designed for recognizing six distinct regions on the target DNA (gyrB gene).
