Corals constitute vast and diverse niches for bacteria,resulting in the development of close biological associations between these microorganisms and their hosts.As the significant residents in coral holobiont,the diversity and properties of actinobacteria have only been rarely documented.In the present study,we aimed to characterize the culturable actinobacteria associated within the tissues of corals Porites lutea,Galaxea fascicularis and Acropora millepora from Luhuitou fringing reef.
