　　目的 YKL-40,a novel COPD biomarker,participates in inflammatory responses and promotes angiogenesis.The study aimed toevaluate the correlations of serum YKL-40 levels with clinical disease severity and laboratory parameters of COPD and to assessthe associations of YKL-40 with IL-6 and VEGF.

一例支气管激发试验阳性使用硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂后不敏感的报告

目的探讨、分析硫酸沙丁胺醇对支气管激发试验阳性肺功能的改善作用。方法一位患者肺功能检测支气管激发试验阳性,FEV1较基础下降20％,使用酸沙丁胺醇400ug20分钟后,再做用力肺功能检测FEVI仍继续下降,再次喷酸沙丁胺醇200ug20分钟后,再做用力肺功能检测FEVI仍继续下降,患者精神状态好,没有明显喘息、呼吸困难、无剧烈咳嗽,肺功能检测质控好。
