　　目的 Lung squamous cell carcinoma(LSQCC)is the second-largest histological subtype of lung cancer,which is the leading causeof cancer-related death in the world.Lobaplatin,one of the third-generation platinum compounds,has shown encouraginganticancer activity in a variety of tumors.The aim of this study was to determine the therapeutic efficacy of lobaplatin on p53-mutant lung squamous cancer cells Sk-MES-1.

一例支气管激发试验阳性使用硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂后不敏感的报告
目的 探讨、分析硫酸沙丁胺醇对支气管激发试验阳性肺功能的改善作用。方法 一位患者肺功能检测支气管激发试验阳性,FEV1较基础下降20％,使用酸沙丁胺醇400ug20分钟后,再做用力肺功能检测FEVI仍继续下降,再次喷酸沙丁胺醇200ug20分钟后,再做用力肺功能检测FEVI仍继续下降,患者精神状态好,没有明显喘息、呼吸困难、无剧烈咳嗽,肺功能检测质控好。
