Cryptosporidium parvum(C.parvum)is an intestinal parasite that can widespread among humans and animals by polluting drinking water,it can cause diarrhea in newborn baby and even cause a death in immunosuppressed patients such as AIDS.The innate immune system is crucial for recognizing and responding to C.parvum,key to alert the adaptive immune system,a family of proteins called Toll-like receptors(TLRs)partly responsible for this function.
