探讨母体和新生儿对氧磷酶2基因(PON2)的多态性分布,及其对低出生体重的影响.采用病例—对照研究方法,收集低出生体重与正常出生体重新生儿及其母亲的全血样本,通过聚合酶链反应—限制性内切酶片断长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)的方法,检测其PON2基因148位点的基因型,并统计分析PON2 148基因多态性与低出生体重间的关联.单因素分析结果显示;PON2 Gly148Gly突变纯合子基因型/Alα148Gly突变杂合子基因型与Alα148Ala野生纯合子基因型比较,新生儿PON2 148基因多态性导致低出生体重的危险性增加(OR=2.494,95%Cl为1.044~5.957).结论为新生儿PON2 148基因多态性与其低出生体重相关.
