本文总结了承钢6#高炉停炉及开炉快速达产经验,本次闷炉及开炉通过精心准备,制定详尽的闷炉、开炉方案实现炉况快速恢复,送风第三天高炉产量即达到计划,实现快速达产的开炉目标.本次开炉11日17:20分送风,在26小时内具备达产风量,13日达产,用时两天,开炉过程顺利,实现了预期目标。现将本次开炉过程中的得失总结如下:第一,本次开炉前有效打通了风铁口通道,大大缩短了前期加风的时间,为快速全风奠定了坚实基础。10日白班就开始组织烧铁口和风口,之后于11日上午采取放炮的方式打通了铁口与其上方两个风口之间的通道。从送风后铁口火焰喷出情况看,风铁口间通道畅通。第二,送风前对漏水的冷却壁进行了严格控制水量的措施,保证了炉缸温度快速恢复。本次开炉吸取了2014年10月开炉的教训,提前对冷却设备全面检查,对漏水冷却壁进行了最大程度的控水,送风过程中没有出现铁口洇水的现象。第三,配加萤石有效保证了开炉过程中渣铁较好的流动性,不但保证了渣铁的及时排除,也降低了炉前的劳动强度。第四,本次考虑到高炉整体状况,在开炉方案中特别加入了炉体烧出等紧急情况出现时的处置措施,为以后炉役后期处理类似情况提供了宝贵经验。
