承钢4#高炉提高生矿配比生产实践

研究了承钢4#高炉生矿比由5%提高至15%过程中,高炉出现的壁面温度变化及煤气流波动,高炉采取加强原燃料质量管理,控制合理的操作制度,完善炉内管理等措施,最终实现了高炉的稳定.提出,生矿属于生料,与人工熟料相比,理化性能存在一定缺陷,对高炉冶炼产生一定负面影响。在生矿比上升过程中,炉身下部冷却壁温度逐渐上升明显,波动频繁。铜冷波动幅度逐渐增大,渣皮脱落频繁。从而证明了生矿比上升后,软熔带上移,软熔区间变宽。在提高生矿过程中,热负荷上升幅度较大,阀座温度下降幅度较大,从而证明了生矿比上升后,边缘气流波动,中心气流减弱。生矿配比提高后,坚持发展中心、适当疏导边缘气流的方针,优化料序,保持料头料尾均为烧结矿,在生矿配比下通过微调边缘矿石环数,保持煤气流的均匀正常。坚持大风量的使用,保持足够的鼓风动能,制定合理的造渣制度,确保渣铁流动性。降低软融带位置、降低差压,增加出铁次数,在减少炉温及热量波动的同时,强化炉缸活跃性。
