Aim: To observe the effects of HSW on behavior and content of dopamine (DA), DOPAC and HVA in the striatum of mice treated with 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP).Methods: C57BL mice were treated with MPTP.The pole test and Rota-Rod test were conducted to determine the motor harmony; spontaneous motor activity was determined to test the excitability of mice.
