　　Obesity has a negative effect on ovarian functions,which is supported to increase the risk of infertility.The mechanism underlying obesity induced-infertility is not yet clearly.Here,we established the high fat diet induced–obesity mouse model to delineate the mechanism underlying the effect of high fat diet induced-obesity on the follicular development in the mouse ovary.
