An efficient and sensitive analytical method was established and validated for simultaneous determination of 27 organochlorines and pyrethroids in teas of Jiangxi Province.In this work,pesticides for multiresidue analysis were extracted with hexane-dichloromethane using microwave-assisted method (MAE).Comparative results obtained by MAE and ultrasonic extractinon method (USE) were also disussed in the study.The MAE extraction conditions,such as the extraction solvent type,volume,microwave heating time and microwave temperature,optimized by a three level orthogonal array design.
