　　[Objective]Although there are rich coal resources in the Kuye river basin,but the water resource lacks and soil erosion is seriously,analysis of the basin water resource change influenced by large scale energy development,can optimize and develop energy development in Kuye river basin,and offer the basic research results to the construction of energy heavy chemical industry base,also to ecological environmental protection and construction.
