糖链结构经常随癌症的发生发展而变化,建立其快速检测的方法将有助于癌症的早期诊断.凝集素作为与特定糖链专一性结合的蛋白质,已成为目前分析糖链结构的主要工具.但目前用于糖链检测的凝集素主要来自植物,存在批次差异和自身糖基化等问题,从而影响检测的准确性和重现性.
