气体微流量测量技术的研究进展

  气体微流量测量是真空计量学的重要研究方向之一,广泛应用于超高真空规、真空漏孔的校准以及真空泵抽速的测量之中。本文简要介绍了国内外主要计量技术机构在气体微流量测量方面的研究工作,包括采用定容法、恒压法、固定流导法、分流法测量气体微流量并分析了各种方法的优缺点。详细介绍了兰州空间技术物理研究所在该方向的最新研究成果,包括采用基于非蒸散型吸气剂的固定流导法测量气体微流量技术、基于静态膨胀法真空基础标准的固定流导法测量气体微流量技术等,有效将精确测量下限延伸到10-16Pa·m3/s 量级的国际最好水平,结合相关研究成果撰写的学术论文在计量学领域顶级学术期刊Metrologia 上发表,论文审稿人对这项研究成果给予了较高评价,认为“这项技术是对真空计量和气体微流量计量的一个重要贡献”,相关授权国家发明专利获中国专利优秀奖。
