目的:评价镍钛合金支架对食管放射治疗中吸收剂量可能产生的影响。方法:利用仿真体模,通过热释光元件,对镍钛合金支架置入食管前后的吸收剂量变化进行测量。结果:在照射剂量为2.0Gy 时,支架前方吸收剂量增加2.54%和侧方剂量增加2.01%,后方剂量减少了1.12%;在照射剂量为1.5Gy 时也有上述剂量变化的趋势。结论:食管放射治疗中镍钛合金支架引起的剂量变化影响存在,但剂量变化值较小,不会对食管放射治疗产生显著的影响。
PURPOSE: To evaluate the possible impact of nickel-titanium stents on absorbed dose in esophageal radiation therapy. Methods: The change of absorbed dose before and after the implantation of nitinol stents into the esophagus was measured by the simulation phantom and the thermoluminescence element. Results: At 2.0Gy radiation dose, the absorbed dose in front of the stent increased 2.54% and the lateral dose increased 2.01%, while the dose in the rear decreased 1.12%. At the irradiation dose of 1.5Gy, the above dose was also observed. CONCLUSIONS: The effects of dose changes caused by nitinol stents in esophageal radiation therapy exist, but the dose changes are small and do not have a significant effect on esophageal radiation therapy.
