　　Emerging evidence indicates that mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)may regulate macrophage polarization.However,the underlying molecular mechanisms are still poorly defined.Here,we show that MSCs shift macrophage polarization from M1 toward M2 phenotype through cyclooxygenase-2(COX2)/prostaglandin E2(PGE2)/EP2-EP4 receptor signaling axis.
