　　To offer references for prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis,this study compared the effects of different concentrations of lithium chloride on the differentiation of bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs)in ovariectomized(OVX)osteoporosis rats.Forty adult female SD rats were ovariectomized.After 12 weeks of OVX operation,freshly BMSCs from femurs and tibia of OVX osteoporosis rats were isolated and cultured for 10 days.
