　　MicroRNAs could post-transcriptionally regulate gene expression and play important roles in regulating immune responses,inflammation,and chronic pain.Using spinal nerve ligation(SNL)– induced neuropathic pain model,we recently identified two miRNAs,miR-186 and miR-146 that were differentially regulated in the spinal cord after SNL.First,miR-186 is constitutively expressed in spinal neurons and downregulated in the ipsilateral spinal cord after SNL.
